I think there should be 2 kind of webs, a long range and a short range. Longer range at like 30km wich reduces speed 25-35% and a shorter one at like 5-10km that reduces speed 80-95%. Sorta like with the warp scramblers were you have 2 of them. Or...

I really hope they forgot to list this feature, because right now, 1 single cloaked ship can hold an entire 0.0 system from ratting. It's just wrong that a 20 man gang with 2 ships with probes wouldn't beable to track down 1 cloaking battleship in...

I've just been playing around with setups on this awsome little ship and I know I want this setup on it: 4xDual light pulse II (long range t2 ammo) 1xMWD, 1xWarp disruptor 2xI-stab, 2xCPR This setup does a great job in any gang, but I'm not sure...

Crusader is imo the best ceptor out there, fit it with a t2 MWD, 20km scram, 2 CPR's, 2xI-stabs and dual light pulse in it's highs and it does cruiser type damage with a speed of well over 5km/s with avarage skills. Awsome in smaller gangs for tac...
